Pecan Pie

I followed Grammys recipe from my cookbook. After I toasted the pecans (halves that I lightly hammered), I added them to the mixture without the extra butter from toasting. I cooked the pie at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. At the end, it was still not set so I increased the oven temperature.
