Recipe from Food and Wine. I actually like this recipe a lot. I halved it and left out the onions and Gorgonzola. (Daniel still didn’t touch it). I might reduce the Dijon mustard a little next time. I cooked the pasta in my larger stockpot and milk in the smaller one and then did the flour in the larger one when the pasta was done.
