Well it’s back to work and I’m finally feeling better so that means back to cooking some. This recipe is from The Pioneer Woman’s first cookbook. It’s not healthy but it was delicious. I also made mashed potatoes and homemade gravy. I’m impressed with myself that the gravy turned out even though I had to add more oil to the pan before adding the flour (since most oil had disappeared).
