This is a take on Slow Cooker Revolutions recipe that I have made before. Nomnompaleo has changed it a bit to make it paleo friendly. I like the idea to make it a day ahead of time to separate off the fat. I removed the meat before shredding and then let the drippings cool in the slow cooker and took off the layer of fat before mixing the liquid with the meat. Served over cabbage and with cilantro.
