Desserts & Snacks, Entrees

Made by Mom in Dallas and brought to Houston. Cool! It’s like the mom cook lives close by. From the Barefoot Contessa Cookbook. It was supposed to be made with only peppers but since I don’t really like peppers, I made mine with spinach. It was really good…especially the lemon chicken marinade.

Mom also made the Macarons. They are a lot of work but they were really yummy.
