Goat Cheese Ice Cream with Blackberry Wine Swirl

Recommended by Joy from a blog. This was amazing!! I’m not too experienced with custards so this was a trial but I think it turned out really good! I don’t have a fine mesh sieve so I tried to use cheese cloth but it didn’t really work out. I also could have reduced the blackberry sauce by about half and possibly the goat cheese if I don’t have a full 8oz. Yum!
