From All Recipes. I used 1/2 cup lemon juice from Art’s lemon tree next door and followed the quantity of the rest of the ingredients as stated. Once the initial mixture was boiling, I let it boil for 1 minute then added the butter and added a little of it to the egg yolks. Once the egg yolk mixture came to a boil, I let it boil 1 more minute again. I added the meringue on top of the lemon mixture while it was still hot. Then I let it cool an hour after it baked before I put it in the refrigerator. It turned out really well!
