Part of the Thanksgiving Pie extravaganza. Recipe from Smitten Kitchen although it was inspired by a recipe from Mel’s kitchen but I couldn’t find tapioca in Neenah. I used 24 ounces of frozen sweet cherries and let them thaw completely. Next time I would probably use more ounces. I thought the cherry pie turned out well and was super easy.
