Recipe from the Anova app. I put apple butter and rosemary and salt and pepper on the tenderloin and cooked it for 2 hours at 145 degrees. It turned out great! I seared it but not sure if that was necessary. We spooned some apple butter on the top of the slices on our plate and I think that helped the boys like it too. Served with garlic rosemary roasted potatoes and green beans. Great dinner!
