Honey Roasted Chickpeas

From “Real Baby Food” book. I think my temperature is too high for these in my oven. Maybe next time I will try convect 375. This time some of them were charred black and the others were not very crunchy. I put them in a cute cup on the island so Daniel wanted to try one but then he didn’t want anymore so I probably won’t make these again unless I try to get them crunchy.
