Warm Chocolate Cakes with Mascarpone Cream

Yum!!!! Alli and I made these and they were wonderful!! I would definitely make them again for a fancy little dessert. We used semi-sweet chocolate and reduced the sugar a little but next time I wouldn’t reduce the sugar. I sprayed the ramekins instead of butter and flour and drizzled cherry syrup on the top instead of using cherries. From Food and Wine.
