Ribeye Roast

From All recipes. I felt like I was icing the meat with garlic butter but it worked out pretty well. I cooked it to 150 degrees which was about 1.5 hours but next time I would do it a little shorter. Maybe 140 degrees so that when it is tented it can cook the extra amount out of the oven. Yummy Easter dinner. Served with deviled eggs, Brussels sprouts, and rolls. Dessert was Magnolia Bakery Lime pie.
