From all recipes. I substituted 1 cup wheat flour and 1/2 cup flaxseed meal for wheat germ and wheat bran for oat bran. This time I used pecans and almonds and no walnuts or sunflower seeds. I used coconut oil instead of regular. Next time I may cook it at 250 for 40 minutes but this time I cooked it 5 minutes longer than the directions said and it turned out pretty well.
