From the Cooking Classy blog. This was delicious and would be easy to take for lunch and reheat. I used nutmeg, thyme, and La Madeline Rosemary spice. I only used 1/3 of an onion and cut the pieces big so they were easy to pick out. Everything was cooked perfectly the way the recipe is written. Yum!
