From this blog. I wanted something baked but semi-healthy and landed on this since I have coconut flour in the pantry. I used maple syrup instead of coconut sugar and added 3 tablespoons of coconut flour to the recipe. I also used regular milk because that’s what I had. These turned out a little dry but hit the spot for something a little sweet.
