From Giada on Food Network here. I really like this recipe and it was fairly easy. I, like some of the reviewers, browned hot Italian sausage with garlic and added that to the mix. I didn’t include the onions because onions are gross and I roasted the mushrooms separate and put them on top of mine. Next time I would cut the red pepper in one inch squares instead of long strips.
