Recipe from “Bread and Wine.” Even though I don’t like curry, I want to stretch myself and try to like it. I cut the curry in this recipe in half but actually next time I would put the full amount so that it had more flavor. I also didn’t use onion because I didn’t feel like cutting it up but I would use it next time. My conclusion is that I should make this again because I think it could be better than it turned out.
