Salad with Gorgonzola and champagne vinegrette

This salad was inspired by the Gorgonzola cheese I had in my refrigerator.  Apparently one of the most popular uses for Gorgonzola is salad topper or salad dressing (according to my food network search).  I used a champagne vinegrette from food network that tasted great.  I topped mixed greens with apples, dried cranberries, toasted walnuts, Gorgonzola, champagne vinegrette and grilled chicken that Andy grilled a few months ago (stored in the freezer.  I love that grilled chicken.  It might have been this grilled chicken from the pioneer woman.
