Seared Salmon

Orange plate! Not the kind from HEB but the kind where I cook all orange foods. Who knew you could find orange cauliflower at your local HEB. Way more fun than white cauliflower.

I rubbed salmon with salt, pepper, and penzys forward spice on both sides. I heated 2 tablespoons olive oil on medium high heat until the oil was really hot. I seared the salmon skin side down for 5 minutes then I flipped it and let it cook for 2 minutes. Other than the flying hot oil, the salmon was delicious.
