From my own recipe book via food network. This recipe is actually supposed to be macadamia crusted but sans the macadamia nuts, I used crushed walnuts. To make this paleo, I used almond flour instead of regular and coconut oil instead of butter. I used full fat coconut milk. The mahi mahi was pretty thick but very filling. Served with Brussels sprouts made from the recipe on nomnompaleo…much better than the last time I made Brussels sprouts. I think cutting them in half is the key.
