Grilled Yucatan Chicken Skewers

From Bobby Flay via Food Network. Recipe is here. Besides the skewers catching fire and burning to a crisp the chicken tasted good. Andy did a good job at grilling.

We invited Pilgrim school friends over for a potluck so we had a collection of delicious food. Annie brought Vicky rice (beef consumee, mushrooms, and butter) and fruit salad with basil. Ann brought delicious cheeses from Trader Joes (one even had peaches in it and it was surprisingly really good) and a quiche with leeks, onions, mushrooms, and procuitto. Everything tasted great!
