Andy’s personal pan pizza. Made with extra cheese and pepperoni. I made the dough and pizza sauce from sur la table. Consensus on the sauce is the that it may be better with more of a marinera sauce rather than tomato. I am getting a little better at stretching the crust but it would still be better if it was thinner. May be time to take a rolling pin to it.
