Entrees

It’s from her blog. Butter, lemon, and rosemary. This was my first time to buy a chicken and stick my hand in it and under the skin but pioneer woman made it look so good that I figured it was time to try. It was really pretty easy to prepare the chicken and it was done baking in 1 hour and 15 min. My oven made it a little scary though…I was afraid the butter was going to catch on fire pretty much the whole time since our oven gets so hot. It was sizzling the whole time. Note to self: put chicken on bottom rack and research how to roast a chicken in a crappy oven

Served with a wedge salad with blue cheese dressing and bacon.
