Entrees

Mix equal parts soy sauce and honey (I used 2-3 tablespoons). Combine equal amounts of crushed wheat chex and crushed pecans. Dip chicken breast in liquid and then dredge in chex mixture. Bake in a pan on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Served with roasted sweet potatoes and cauliflower.
