Salmon with Brown Sugar Glaze

Too many greens? Not tonight.

Salmon from Light Foods. I used parchment on the top rack of the oven (set to 400 for my crappy oven) and it burned like crazy, so I moved the rack down and set it a little lower than 400 and made sure no parchment paper was hanging over the sides. Also tonight I made pantries kale from pioneer woman’s 2nd cookbook. It was my first time having kale and it was actually really yummy! Side salad with strawberries, goat cheese, and poppy seed dressing.
