Pre-run meal. We had Cristina and Isaac over the night before Angie’s Half Crazy. I made chicken Parmesan from Pioneer Woman’s 2nd book, whole wheat pasta, whiskey glazed carrots from PW2, salad with goat cheese, and ciabatta bread with oil with spices for dipping. I really liked the sauce for the chicken Parmesan!! The chicken took a little longer to cook than it said because my pieces were pretty thick.
Oh, and for dessert we had fruit pizza from all recipes (but only half the recipe).
