This was a combination of two recipes from Real Simple. I sautéed shrimp with garlic and oil, then added it to 1 cup macaroni with 1 egg, 1 egg white, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, and 1/4 cup cooking water from the pasta. I think it made a pretty good lunch.
