From Everyday Food Light. I think this recipe is kind of boring and uses too much salt. The rub might be better if it included something else…or maybe I should have made more of it since I had a lot of chicken. Also, I topped it with guacamole instead of diced avocado because my avocados were too ripe to dice. Served with cauliflower with lemon, salt, and red pepper flakes.
