From DBC cookbook page 132. This was surprisingly good! I could definitely see us making this again. I used a rotisserie chicken instead of chicken breasts because I needed to use it. I also found that it took longer than 15 minutes for the liquid to cook out of the quinoa on medium. I even turned it up to medium high. Healthy and yummy!
