Recipe from Food Network, Alton Brown. This is the best shepherds pie recipe! It is made with ground lamb which gives it great flavor and I used leftover mashed potatoes from Thanksgiving which made the recipe way easier and helped me not throw out excessive potatoes. The fresh rosemary was a great touch (I didn’t use/have thyme) and according to Andy it made the meat taste “like the woods” which is a good thing in man terms I think. I also used canned corn instead of frozen.
